organized the activities of the extremist community along with Andrey Dmitriev and Andrey Pesotsky; attracted by Dmitriev to organize illegal activities on the territory of St. Petersburg - the resumption of activities of the public organization "National Bolshevik Party" (NBP), in respect of which the court issued an effective decision on the prohibition of activities in connection with extremist activities, expressed his consent to participate in the organization of the NBP activities and to lead them; together with Dmitriev and Pesotsky, they organized the recruitment of new members of the NBP by using the Internet site www.nazbol.ru, printed materials in the form of leaflets and brochures, as well as through personal involvement of other participants; organized the financial support of activities by collecting money, found apartments where they held regular meetings with the participation of Yashin A.M., whom they attracted as participants, O.A. Petrov, I.A. Boykov, R.H. Bashirov, R.Y. Khrenov, A.S. Zentsov, V.S. Ivakhnik, S.D. Porokhovoy, A.N. Milyuk, V.A. Mamedov. Marochkin spoke at meetings to present the political ideology of the NBP, coordinated the activities of the extremist organization's members both personally and through an internal hierarchical system (including by organizing unsanctioned extremist mass events on the 31st day of each month, giving them the name "Strategy 31", aimed at expressing intolerance towards the top leaders of the current state authorities, as well as at popularizing the extremist activities of the NBP), distributed and propagandized paraphernalia of the banned NBP and NBP publications.
