Full wording of the charges
out of extremist motives decided to resume and lead in the territory of St. Petersburg the illegal activities of the National Bolshevik Party public organisation, in respect of which the court had issued an enforceable decision to ban its activities in connection with extremist activities. A. Dmitriev attracted A. Pesotsky and A. Marochkin to the organisation, they agreed to participate in organising and directing the activities of the National Bolshevik Party (NBP). Together, they organized the recruitment of new members of the NBP through the use of the Internet website "www.nazbol.ru," printed materials such as leaflets and brochures, as well as by personally involving other participants. They also organized financial support for their activities by collecting funds, acquired apartments where they held regular meetings with the participation of those they had attracted as members, including A. Yashin, O. Petrov, I. Boykov, R. Bashirov, R. Khrenov, S. Zentsov, V. Ivakhnik, S. Porokhovoy, A. Milyuk, V. Mamedov. Dmitriev spoke at meetings with the goal of presenting the political ideology of the National Bolshevik Party (NBP). He coordinated the activities of extremist organization members, both personally and through an established internal hierarchical system (this included organizing unsanctioned mass events of extremist orientation on the 31st day of each month, which were given the name "Strategy 31." These events were aimed at expressing intolerance toward the highest officials of state authorities and promoting the extremist activities of the NBP). Dmitriev also distributed and promoted the symbolism of the banned NBP and NBP printed publications.

Full summary
Dmitriev was subjected to administrative detention on 31 October 2010 during a rally in Gostiny Dvor in St. Petersburg as part of the campaign for freedom of assembly "Strategy-31". On November 1, 2010, there was the first search at Dmitriev's registered place. In the evening of the same day, Judge Kuznetsov sentenced him to 5 days of administrative detention. On November 3, after the decision for Dmitriev's administrative arrest was sent for review, he was released from the courthouse but detained by officers of "Center E" at the exit. He was then taken to the city's Investigative Committee, where he was informed of the initiation of a criminal case and changed to a suspect status. He was required to provide a written undertaking not to leave the area, and searches were conducted in the locations where Dmitriev actually resided. On November 10, he was charged with Article 282.2, Part 1 (organizing the activities of an extremist organization). On February 4, 2012, he couldn't participate in the "March for Fair Elections" as he was summoned to the Investigative Committee on a day off. Arriving at 11:00, he realized that the investigators were intentionally delaying the proceedings to prevent his participation in the march. Not waiting for the investigative actions, he left the agency. However, he was detained by the police on Isaakievskaya Square and taken back to the investigative authorities. During the actual march, it became known that the police had orders to detain Dmitriev in case of his appearance, and he was again required to provide a written undertaking not to leave. On December 28, 2012, he was fined 200,000 rubles but was exempt from punishment due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.
