Together with Dmitriev and Marochkin, they organised the recruitment of new members of the NBP through the use of the Internet site "www.nazbol.ru", printed material in the form of leaflets and brochures, as well as through the personal involvement of other participants; organised the financial support of the activity by collecting money, found flats where they held regular meetings with the participation of Yashin A.M., Petrov O.A., Boyev O.A., and Yashin A.M., who were involved as participants, Petrov O.A., Boykov I.A., Bashirov R.H., Khrenov R.Y., Zentsov A.S., Ivakhnik V.S., Porokhovy S.D., Milyuk A.N., Mamedov V.A. Pesotsky spoke at meetings to present the political ideology of the NBP, coordinated the activities of the extremist organisation's members both personally and through an internal hierarchical system (including by organising unsanctioned extremist mass events on the 31st day of each month, giving them the name "Strategy 31", aimed at expressing intolerance towards the top leaders of the existing state authorities, as well as at promoting extremist activities).
