Roman Khrenov

knowing that A.A. Pesotsky, A.Y. Dmitriev and A.B. Marochkin had organised the activities of the banned extremist organisation NBP on the territory of St. Petersburg, decided to personally participate in its activities, agreed to become a member of the NBP in the second half of 2007 and the second half of 2009, thereby ensuring the actual continuation of the extremist activities of the NBP. Khrenov's participation in the continuation of the extremist organisation's activities was expressed in the fact that, acting under the organisational leadership of A.Y. Dmitriev, A.A. Pesotsky and A.B. Marochkin, he personally took part in regular meetings of NBP members on the organisation of NBP activities, ensured its financial and economic activities by personally contributing money on a monthly basis, took part in uncoordinated public events organised by the NBP in St. Petersburg aimed at expressing intolerance towards the highest leaders of the NBP, and participated in the activities of the NBP. In 2010 and 2011, Khrenov, acting on behalf of the NBP, repeatedly personally participated in unlawful mass public events: he publicly expressed the NBP's extremist political views, shouted its slogans and displayed its symbols, thus popularising its prohibited activities, for which he was repeatedly found guilty of violating the established procedure for holding a meeting, rally or demonstration, repeatedly disobeyed the lawful demand of a police officer in connection with the performance of his duty to protect the public
