Andey Milyuk

Milyuk, knowing that A.A. Pesotsky, A.Y. Dmitriev and A.B. Marochkin had organised the activities of the banned extremist organisation NBP (National Bolshevik Party) on the territory of St. Petersburg, decided to personally participate in its activities, and from the second half of 2007-2008 agreed to become a member of the NBP, thereby ensuring the continued implementation of extremist activities by NBP. According to the investigation, Milyuk's participation in the continued activities of the extremist organisation was expressed in the fact that, acting under the organisational leadership of A.Y. Dmitriev, A.A. Pesotsky and A.B. Marochkin, he personally took part in regular meetings of NBP members on the organisation of NBP activities. He facilitated its financial and economic activities by personally contributing money on a monthly basis, participated in NBP's unauthorised public events in St. Petersburg, expressing intolerance towards the higher authorities, and popularising NBP's prohibited activities, including events held on the 31st day of each month. In 2008, 2010 and 2011, acting on behalf of the NBP, Milyuk repeatedly participated in illegal mass public events: publicly expressed the NBP's extremist political views, shouted its slogans, displayed its symbols, thereby promoting its prohibited activities. He was repeatedly found guilty of violating the established procedure for holding meetings, rallies or demonstrations, repeatedly disobeyed the lawful demand of a police officer in connection with the performance of his duty to maintain public order.
