According to the investigation, on 19.01.2022 the participants in the shooting of a model in underwear and a fur coat against the background of the Cathedral Mosque in Moscow insulted the religious feelings of believers by demonstrating obvious disrespect towards the object of religious veneration - the mosque and posted information about these actions on the Internet in order to increase their publicity. "According to the developed criminal plan, Volkova K.A. was assigned the functions of finding and involving as an accomplice in the crime a girl acting as a model in underwear when she was photographed by Katanova M.P. against the background of the mosque; of finding elements of clothing for this girl; of filming the actions of Katanova M.P. and this girl under the guise of a random passer-by; of providing the obtained provocative video materials to Maslennikov R.M. to ensure their distribution on the Internet; of preparing publically available information which was planned to be placed by Katanova M.P. in her profile."
