On October 11, 2017, he was detained after a search, charged with participation in the activities of a cell of a terrorist organization, arrested on October 12. In February 2019, he was also charged with preparation for violent seizure of power.
On September 16, 2020, he was sentenced to 13 years in a strict regime penal colony.
