On 31 May 2012, brought as a defendant for participation in the activities of a public or religious association against which a court decision on liquidation due to extremist activities had come into force; on 11 December, the court ruled that the charge was unlawful; however, even before that, in November, the investigation re-filed the same charge; on 29 July 2014, acquitted by the court; on 12 December, the Rostov Regional Court overturned the decision of the Taganrog court and sent the case for a new hearing; on 22 January, new hearings began in Taganrog; on 30 November sentenced to a fine of 70,000 (exempted from paying the fine due to the expiry of the statute of limitations).
