On 31 May 2012, brought as a defendant in a case of organising the activities of a public or religious association against which a court decision on liquidation due to extremist activities had entered into force; on 11 December, the court ruled that the charge was unlawful; however, even before that, in November, the investigation had re-filed the same charge; also accused of involving two minors in committing a crime; on 29 July 2014, sentenced to five years' suspended imprisonment and a fine of 100,000 roubles On 30 November, sentenced to five years and three months' suspended imprisonment and a fine of 100 thousand rubles (he was exempted from paying the fine due to the expiration of the statute of limitations).
