On May 31 2012, brought as a defendant for participation in the activities of a public or religious association against which a court decision to liquidate due to extremist activities had entered into force; on December 11, the court ruled that the indictment was unlawful; however, even before that, in November, the investigation re-filed the same charge; on July 29 2014, acquitted by the court; on 12 December, the Rostov Regional Court overturned the decision of the Taganrog court and sent the case for a new hearing; on January 22 2015, new hearings began in Taganrog court. On November 30 sentenced to a fine of 60,000 rubles (exempted from paying the fine due to the expiry of the statute of limitations).
