Case summary
On May 31, 2012, he was charged with participating in the activities of a public or religious association, against which a court decision on liquidation due to extremist activities had come into force (according to the investigation, he was involved in criminal activities as a minor). On December 11, the court declared the accusation illegal; however, even before that, in November, the investigation recharged him with the same accusation. On July 29, 2014, he was acquitted by the court; on December 12, the Rostov Regional Court overturned the decision of the Taganrog City Court. On January 22, 2015, new hearings began in the Taganrog City Court. On November 30, he was sentenced to a 20,000 roubles fine (exempted from paying the fine due to the expiration of the statute of limitations).
