Case summary
Virologist working in the USA. On 14 October 2025, the FSB reported that a case has been opened against Chumakov and other members of the Russian Anti-War Committee for violent seizure of power and organizing the activities of a terrorist community. The case was prompted by the adoption of the "Berlin Declaration", which called for a change of power in Russia.
