Case summary
He was detained on 4 February 2015 together with 30 other suspects for participation in the activities of Hizb ut-Tahrir and arrested on charges of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation; in January 2016, he was also charged with preparation for a violent seizure of power. On 30 July 2018, he was sentenced to 22 years in a strict regime colony.
