Case summary
Detained on 5 February 2015 together with 30 other suspects for participation in Hizb ut-Tahrir activities, arrested on charges of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation; in January 2016 a charge of preparation for violent seizure of power was added. On 30 July 2018, he was sentenced to 22 years in a strict regime colony.
In February 2012, he was sentenced to a year and four months in a penal colony on charges of organising activities of a banned organisation (Hizb ut-Tahrir).
